How to hold humidifier in humidor

Wanted to know if anyone else has ever found this to be an issue. Within my humidor I have two larger plastic humidifiers that are mounted to the lid. They are mounted using a two piece mounting system. One side is mounted to the lid with back-to-back tape to a metal plate. Then other is mounted to the humidifier with crazy glue and a magnet. My issue is that when I open the lid I find that the back-to-back tape has given way and the unit is sitting on my sticks. How should like keep the device mounted to the lid. Note that the tape was how the vendor says they should be mounted. I

i used to have problems with that with my hygrometer i just used a piece of velcroe, it stayed better. you could take the double sided tape off and glue the plate with something different. you will have to leave the humidor open and empty for a couple days though, then you will have to reaseason it, if its dry where you are that is.

I like the velcro idea -
Doesn't come with sticky stuff on it already?
Just pull off the paper and stick one side to the Credo and the other side to the lid.

Personally never like the on/in the lid.
If you over fill the credo it can drip onto the cigars and cause mold.
I'd look into one of those tubes filled with what ever they fill them with. Or even better find some media:

And fill a cigar tube or two and put them in there.
Works better than a credo - IMHO
