Ok, so I know mine is only a 50ct (which is smaller than I thought), but here's a pic freshly stocked. Yaaay! Now I need a good cutter to replace the $1.99 job I have now.

Nice pic man - congrats on the new humidor - it will be the first of several! Great sticks in there too! Enjoy it.

very nice. you've got a nice bunch of sticks too. For a cutter, save up and buy a Xikar. They are expensive but well worth the money
If you look around, I remember seeing a gift sampler with 3 Cohiba red dots and a Xikar cutter for around 50 bucks. Whick is a good deal. enjoy

Cigar .com has 3 Trinidad cigars and a Xikar cutter for 59.00. The Trinidad is one of my favorites and they are about 10 bucks/ stick. hope this helps

How nice is that? Congrats on a really nice Humi. I agree that it will be the first of many, so go ahead and save some cash by buying a bigger one now. Go for that 500 count. I wish I had. Nice selection of sticks there too. Make sure you season that puppy! Have fun! :hypercolor:

Way to go HammondC, what a great selection you have there! And a great pic to boot. One of these days I will have time to download some pics...ha, ha,ha.

Enjoy those cigars buddy, and welcome to the madness!

Funny, all of my Cohibas have a different label (red dot in the center of the "O".) Yours must be a knock-off of some sort. :? You can send it to me and I will dispose of it for you. :)

Thanks everyone. I smoked my first Cusano 18 last night. Nice! Down to about 2", then it got too hot for my tastes. Great smoke though.

Castle / Corojobrad- That is my last Cuban Cohiba from my wife on our Honeymoon last May. It will be smoked on no other day than our 1Yr anniversary. It has been in good keeping in a friends Humidor since we got back. Should be yummy when we celebrate April 29th.

I will definitely lookinto the Xikar cutters. The Xi2 seems like it can be had for about $40 bucks. I will have to keep an eye out for those deals that include one. Couldn;t find them last night though.

Thanks everyone!!

I got a Xikar on cigarbid for $21. Gotta LOVE that site!

Hahaha, I know what you mean DD, my wife does the same. She just checks the checking account and as soon as I get home from work its "You bought more cigars, didn't you?"

Third from the left is a nice little addition.

It reminds me of a story.

My dad has a friend who has a daughter who had a baby. Yeah, a real baby. Anyway, he went around the area handing out Cuban cigars. My dad who hates my little, delicious hobby gave me the cigar. I have not smoked it yet. One day I saw his son and went to thank him for the cigar. He told me that they went and bought cheap cigars and switched the bands and put them in the tubes the Cubans came in. I have a few words to describe that incident but I want to keep this forum respectable.

the dreaded thompson had 3 xikars for 40 bucks i believe i got mine from there

What a hole. Why not just go out and buy the inexpensive and decent tasting Feunte Brevas? Why give someone a crap cigar and call it a Kooban? He could be ruining future cigar smokers!
