Hi all my names is Adam and I am wondering if yall can help me with finding a travel humidor. I go camping and rock climbing alot so would need something good but cheap (in case i drop it 200 feet off a cliff). I love to smoke by the fire but find keeping a few cigars with me on an extened trip becomes a great hassle. Also, they dry rather quickly. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.

Great question and welcome!

I like my otterbox which is a hard shell that has foam inserts to protect the cigars. Here is one you may want to consider:

They come in different sizes - this is a 5 count there are larger ones if you keep looking here.

Also - a case like this sometimes comes with a humidity device - I pull mine out because they hold the humidity well. Shoot me a PM if you have other questions.

i have a xikar travel humi that i bought for taking backpacking and off roading. Its only made a handfull fo trips but its great. Even when it rained last time camping my smokes were in tip top shape when we got to set up camp. I dont know how deep under water itll go and still be good but i dot go boating and i dont smoke while swimming so i dont think itll be much of an issue.

it holds 5 cigars up to churchill size.

...plus its got the xikar logo on the front. 8)

thank you all so much for your input. you all have been very helpful. I decided to go with the otterbox 5 count i found one at a decent price on eBay. it small enough it wont be a big hassle when back packing but large enough to give me enough enjoyable smokes the whole trip.
