Smoke Em While You Can

Looks like Pittsburgh just decided individual rights and private property don't mean a thing - Allegheny County passed a smoking ban tonight. It goes into effect the day after Christmas and bans smoking in any public place except for businesses with 85% of their income from tobacco sales. Guess that means my 2 favorite places to go to smoke will be off limits.

Of course, this assumes that the County Executive (sort of like the President) signs the bill and that it isn't overturned by state courts as PA has a state preemption (sort of) on smoking regulations...

Time to move out of the county...

At least you got the 85% Washington stupid ^&&%*(*( banned smoking in any public place. Cigar bars and the hooka place in Seattle closed down.

Come to BEAVER County to smoke , I live just over the line, about a mile from the Allegheny county & Butler county line , the QTR.DECK is OPEN !!!! , BTW the NEW Cigar shop , KING BEAVER Cigars is NOW OPEN !!!!!!!! 1106 Penna Ave , Monaca Pa 15061 !
