i just smoked a la aroma de cuba while enjoying a glass of red. this cigar is more spicy than my everyday preference but i was in the mood and it met my expectations. i choose it thinking it wouldnt last too long and i had to stand since my porch is only 2 feet deep and its raining. it lasted almost an hour, but it was worth it.
anyone else tried this cigar, what did you think?
what else should i try since i enjoyed this (under $10)?

what size was it?

btw - all of the cigars in that line are under $10.

holts.com come offers a nice sampler of all the sizes. if you liked the cigar that would be a good way for you to pick your favorite size / shape

if you liked that cigar and want to try something cheaper, try the saint luis rey. Both are made by the same manufacturer. When the new Saint Luis Rey blend came out about 2 years ago there was actually a lot of contriversy as to weather or not they used the same blend as the la aroma de cuba. SLR is a less expensive box as well. Anyway just a suggestion hope it helps.

it was a robusto and thanks for the tip mcallen, ill check them out

I have a box of the Coronas. I actually enjoy them quite a bit. I think the coronas sell for about $4 each which makes it one of the few smokes under $8 I'll even look at.

I always forget about these, but they are a very good cigar. Especially for the price. They are an Ashton cigar, though their name isn't on it. Age has done them very well.

Seriously Aubrey,
When did you take up an interest in grave digging? Its wierding me out.
