Hi everyone,
Just stopping in to say hello!
My freind Jerry said the Bloofman was here and doing well.
Wanted to say hello!
My wife and I are both smokers of the leaf!
As well as roasters of the beans.
Former cA posters and now on C-wise.
Good to know the forces that be have kept you well.
I'll will pop in every now and again to see if I can be of help.
For now be well!
Loren :D

I'll add a little cigar info from today.
Started the day with a mix of coffee beans, Kona organic & Mysore.
Also smoked a 98 Partagas Lusitanias (sp)
really nice, very smooth cigar that became spicy near the end.
Until then a nice woody flavor with a hint of carmel.

Wow!!! Welcome to CastleCrest. This reminds me of when you flip on the TV to one of those big Hollywood events or a funeral for some president and you hear the expression "people are flying in from all over the world." Thanks for joining up.

As for the forces that be, they have kept me, but not always well. I am well now however, welllll, in some departments.

As for your choice of coffee, excellent. Genuine Hawaiian Kona is one of my favorites, and one of my favorite roasters has a good organic version. And as for that Indian Mysore, a delicious coffee, though hard to find. The next time I see it anywhere, you can be sure I'll be getting more than one pound. Haven't seen it in many years.

Bloof,
I just ordered 5 pounds of green beans.
PM me an address and I will gladly send you some.
If you need a steady supply we can talk - while it is stll around.
I've been roasting for all my friends and will gladly put you in the rotation.
Anytime!

Thanks for the offer, but as you and I both know, I am not worthy. You home roasting guys sure make it sound like fun.

Maybe I'll get my life together someday.

(Think of a Noo Yawk Union Woikiz type of singer)

"Somewherrrrrrrrrrrrrre ovuh da rain-BOWWWWW,
wayyyyy up hiiiiiiiiiigghhhhhhhh,
I might jus' get my to-geddahhhhhhhh,
in da sweet bye and BYEEEEEEEEE,
SOMEWHEEEEEEAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH OVUH DA RAINBOWWWWW,
I'll do some homeboy roasTINNNNGGGGGGGGG, . . .

Youse get da pitcha.

Bloof,
I am sure I will sound like a shill, but I am just a Happy Roaster!
Jerry was on the east coast twice and stayed with me, he really got me on track. It is easy as could be & takes less time than making a pot of coffee. I do it at the same time every morning.
The Roaster sells for $80, comes with a grinder and (4 or 5?)
8oz bags to get started.
The green beans are cheaper than roasted &
the flavor is off the charts.
I roast enough each day for a days worth of brewing.
The problem is I can't drink coffee when out on the road.
I have become thermos man.
A thermos in one hand & a traveldor in the other.
Enough coffee talk.
I can hear the undertone of life not being as easy as we would hope.
We do share certain things & I understand not being able to do everything we want to.
Part of life & the cards that we get dealt.
I know you know that the retirement plan is where it all is at.
To that my friend I raise my glass!
All you ever have to do is ask.

Well, if you insist, a PM will be sent,
And if there's anything I can do for you,
Then consider your gift lent,
As for Jerry and The Band of Home Roasters,
Let their coffee roasting gospel be spread,
From Coast to Coasters!!!
