Flavor that stays with you?

i haven't smoked that stick but i think it could be either. knowing that you like the partagas line a lot i think it could be a bit of both, its lasting and you are helping make it last by thinking about how good it was all the time.

thats just a guess, but seems like it would be a bit of both to me.

I've experienced cigars where the aftertaste just lingers in your mouth for up to 24hours or more. I guess depending on if you like it or not, it can be either a good or a bad thing. Personally, I don't like it because typically, the aftertaste that lingers is a very stale one and it just makes me go "BLECH."

I'm going to agree with Montnoir on this one. Only once or twice have I ever enjoyed the long term aftertaste of a cigar. But when I did enjoy it, it was always one hell of a good cigar.

First time I had a Curvoisier Cigar I was tasting it the next morning. Very nice!

I have tried Trilogy Authentic Corojo and Trilogy Native Cameroon, the taste lingers for a few hours. It was a good feeling, maybe it was because I like the taste.

So far, no other cigars give that feeling.

The worst is when flavour from a cigar that you didn't particularly like stays on your palate for a whole day and the next morning (yup, this has happened to me before).

usually just a good brush of the teeth and tounge takes care of that.

Yeah, I usually brush and tongue scrape afterwards because I don't like the stale flavour (sometimes I listerine too!) but some flavours (usually the worst) somehow fine a way to persist in my mouth =\
