being stuck at the office

im mad at the ups lady because i have to sit in my office until she shows up when i could be at home taking a shower and heading off to see my family that dropped in unexpected. In my opinion ups should come to a business before 4:30pm, maybe something like before NOON would be a good idea!!!!!!!
