Juat talked it over with the wife. This year we will be combining our BBQ with a sit down. We are going to call it a Cigar-B-Q. Maybe this year a pig roast. I plan on sometime in June, possibly in the end. Axe, Calibus, you guys could fly in together and I can pick you up from Metro. Its only 25 minutes from here. I have room to accomidate three guests, and I can book a block of rooms in a nearby hotel. Hopefully this is enough advance time, so you all can make arrangements. I have a pretty full bar, and an open humidor. If anyone interested, lets hear from ya!! Michigan is a pretty neutral place between all of you west coasters and the east coasters, and of course, Wolf. This can be a little more laid back than in a cigar bar. Capt

My brother lives in Comstock Park and I have another brother in Chicago. I might be making a trip out there at that time with my wife and daughter (soon to be) to see my family before I leave for Iraq next Sept.

DD, I am about 30-35 miles west of Detroit. Your family is also more than welcome to attend. Mac, you know I have a range right in the back yard, so we can shoot Friday and Saturday, until the alcohol starts. :lol:

It's nice to see that the camaraderie and traditions that I discovered when I logged on to "that other web site, long ago and far away," are being continued here and on other cigar web sites. Long live the good will. Interestingly enough, there was once a guy who used to have one or two events a year that he called . . .

Ahh....Well I very well may show up then! I should be right out of basic training by the time you have the CBQ...Be a little celebrating thing for me
Take a couple days leave before I start my job training, and smoke my heart out.And Axe, you better get in town extra early, cause YOU my man, are gonna help me cook!!
More than likely I will be down to come. Main thing will be making sure I have enough cash for the flight and a room if necessary. It sounds like fun for sure so I will do my best to make it.
I'd definatley like to come, hope the old boss gives me some justice and let's me take a few days off.
