From what I'm told, they're a little hard to come by right now.
I'll see if my shop still has some from the show they had recently. If so, I'll get you one.

I am a huge cameroon fan, and I have some of the CAO Cameroon torpedos. Haven't tried one yet, but I am sure I will like it!

Humi just got here. Gettin ready to run down to wally world to grab some triple filtered butane and distilled water and begin seasoning the humidor.

Started the seasoning process on the humidor...got a nice splinter in the process of whiping the inside down with distilled water *ouch*

Since I had so many of those TCC cigars that came with the combo, I decided to try one out on my way to walmart...and uhh...the start of it(first inch) tasted like peaches/oranges (these arent flavored) but then the rest of it started to turn really sulphury in taste and I tossed the nasty thing. I hope those better, more expensive cigars that I bought from Cigar.com taste better than these nasty TCC's.

While filling up the jet lighter, I got frozen fingers which is always fun:)

I think ive decided that the Robusto size is too big for my tiny mouth...I felt like I was smoking a bannana, and I didnt find that too pleasureable.

Considering going to smoke that CAO...has a funny shape, its like a square shape. That should be interesting.

I just got finished smoking that CAO...It was umm...the wrapper was sweet on the lips, and occasionally throughout the cigar, it seemed like I was tasting some chocolate or something. Had a good even burn, nice light grey ash, almost white. Ash itself wouldnt get but half inch or so and it would start to fall over. Ive got a pretty good nic buzz goin on, and my tounge feels funny, and Im really hungry after smoking it. Took a good 45mins or so to get it down.

Ive still got other smokes to try, but if this is the best its gets...I wont buy anymore lol. Taste in my mouth is the same as if i had just got finished smoking a black and mild... a stale one. Took a while to get it fully lit...used up about 1/4 of the fuel in my jet lighter getting so.

Going to try the Hemingway in the morning with some good coffee...I hear good things about that.

My tobacconist told me he had to order 3 grand worth of CAO in order to get the three different sizes in stock at once.

youd better have them up quick, cause if you dont... (shakes fist)

Yeah. Cigar Aficionado online had a guide on how to season humidors. Said to do that with a damp cloth or brand new fresh sponge, and then put the cup of water in there as well as charging the actual humidifying device and set it over night. Then the following day...hell, heres the link. Too much to type.

SEASONING A HUMIDOR
It takes time, patience and a little know-how to get a new humidor ready to hold cigars. You're trying to recreate the tropical environments where most cigars are made, and you can't rush the process. Putting cigars into a dry humidor can ruin good smokes.

Most humidors have an interior made of untreated Spanish cedar, the preferred wood for humidifying and aging premium cigars. The wood needs to be humidified, or seasoned, before the box is ready to hold cigars. (Some humidors have varnished or finished wood interiors that don't need to be seasoned.)

Take a new sponge -- make sure it is unscented and free of soap -- and wet it with a liberal dose of distilled water. Wipe down all the exposed wood, including any trays and dividers, and the interior lid. Avoid using a paper towel or a fraying cloth; these will literally leave a paper trail on the wood. After you've wiped down the wood, squirt the sponge with more distilled water, then place it inside the humidor on a plastic bag -- to avoid direct contact with the wood -- and close the lid.

Next, prepare your humidification device according to the manufacturer's instructions. Unless the manufacturer specifically states that you can use tap water, use only distilled water. Tap water contains minerals that will destroy most humidification systems by leaving deposits that will clog the humidor element. Once the humidification element is filled, be sure to wipe it down to remove all the excess water. Rest it on a hand towel for approximately 30 minutes.

Close the humidor with its humidifying element and the damp sponge, and leave it overnight. The next day, refresh the humidification device (it may not need it)\ and check the sponge. If it is fairly dry, add more distilled water. If it is very damp, leave it alone.

Let the humidor sit another night, and then remove the sponge and plastic bag. The walls of the humidor have now absorbed all the water they need, and now you can safely store your cigars.

Wow. I had always been taught/told to never wipe down the interior; can result in warped or stained wood. Instead, set your distilled water in a vessel and let the humi slowly absorb it over time.

Thanks for the linkage :D

No prob.

CA seems to be the big word on everything cigar, so I assume they know what they are talking about.

This morning when I woke up, I checked the sponge, fairly dry. The humidor has a different smell now, its very sweet smelling...I love it!

Yup..definatly curious on the Hemingway. Time to put some coffee on and get bundled up.. freakin cold outside (33F)
