Great newsletter guys! I really enjoy reading about the different places in Chicago that you guys get to visit. Makes me hungry just reading about the steaks!

And nice job with the Toraño interview - the Exodus 1959 is also one of my favorites.

Can't wait to get my CotM shipment - have never had any cigars from Graycliff and looking to try some of the other 5 Vegas besides the A line!

The newsletter, as usual, is awesome.
The Wilson Creek Winery that Charlie Torano mentioned in the article is 5 minutes from my house in Temecula.
I know that Port he speaks of very well
Thay also make an Almond Champagne (or sparkling wine if you want to be technical), and a chocolate port which is real good.

I never did get into port - never got to try a really good port...wouldn't mind doing that though.

Try a ruby port first. They are wonderful. Bright fruit with a nice sweet raisin taste.

:D

Hey thanks guys!!

Sorry I haven't been around much lately....I am very very busy with compiling tons of writing and other cigar stuff....

Thanks for the nice words though, I do appreciate it!!

Hey Bikeman,
Send me a PM so I can respond to it. (There's something wrong with mine.)
I'd like to talk to you about those Canadian cigars you can get.

Just recived my newsletter today, and it came with a pouch of very fine 5 Vegas cigars, and one Graycliffe.. Veeerrrrryy nice, and thank you very much.
I look forward to enjoying every minute with them!!

I was disappointed with the Graycliff. I actually threw it into the woodstove about 1/2 through it. The 5 Vegas smokes are good though.

I like the Graycliff, just a little too expensive for me. I usually let cigars sit for a few days before I fire them up, sometimes it seems to help. I've also had days where my favorite cigars weren't satisfying. I try to sample a cigar on a couple different occasions. Of course if it's bad enough to chuck in the fire...it's not worth wasting your time with. I think I am very tolerant to a wide variety of cigars, I rarely toss one early...but then I've been known to fire up an unfinished stick the next day too!

That Torano interview was awesome. Keep 'em coming. I love hearing from the insiders. I love casual interviews, the more informal the better. 'Smoka, in future interviews it would be great if you could throw in some unrelated questions like what these guys non cigar interests are. Thanks for the great interviews. Also, I would love to see interviews with owners/chefs/managers of the great cigar friendly establishments you write about.

Good Day Montant,
Yes, I think it will be a while now before I can try any of those babys, it has deinately turned to winter out here, and an hour outside just does not have the same apeal it did a few months ago.

I noticed you are in Kalispell, that is one of my favourite places, we were just down there last year on the Going to the Sun road. Totally Amazing!!!

I have a woodstove in the garage, so it is nice and warm. The Graycliff was just bad so I then went with the 5 Vegas for the rest of the evening. Way to cold to be outside and "enjoy" a cigar
