I've been roaming the internet to find out what kind of vegetable glue I can use for cigar bands. The conclusion I have come to is to use liquid pectin. I wanted to see if anyone had any advice on the appropriate "glue" to use for rebanding or for releaving. I would prefer something that I don't have to "cook."

i used pectin to fix some cracked wrappers, i dont know how usefull it would be to glue lables though, maybe if you used very little it would dry quick enough to be usefull.

***NEWS FLASH***

Contraband cigar manufacturer arrested in Blacklick Ohio. The authorities said that the conterfieter was hard to catch, but what finally gave him away was the fragrance of brocoli and other vegetables on his cigars.
