I've got some water pillows from a few cigar orders. I wanted to save them to use when I ship out cigars. Can i keep them? How do I store them, and how long can I keep them?

You could probably just keep them in a sealed ziplock bag, and I think they generally last 3 or 4 weeks.

not sure - are these the blue ones that come in a little plastic
baggy? If so they can be used for a long time.
If they dry out, just add water!

I had a conversation with the owner of water pillow about how long they last. He told me that no one knows becuase the original one that is 7 years old is still going. I did not believe him until he showed it to me. Sure enought you can store them however you want and just keep refilling them. The only catch is that they burst under 100 lbs of pressure so dont put them on the ground and step on them.

thanks, i stuck them in the butter compartment on the door of my fridge. They should be safe there untill I need them. I was affraid if I stuck them in a bag and put them in a drawer mthey would get moldy and slimey

not a bad idea... I also have been saving some of them for mail outs.

Jesse, remember that refrigerators remove humidity from the air as part of the method of cooling; so your pillows will probably go flat faster?

will this hurt them since you just add more water when you need them, or do you have to keep them full? they started out dry didn't they???

Right, and supposedly water pillows can be used for a good long time. Why go through the bother of filling them and then drying them out faster than needed?

Is there anyplace to buy these, or do I need to just keep ordering stuff from Cigar.com (which is not a bad idea, all things considered). I've got one that I keep above the sink and reinflate it when I need it. Wasn't sure if these things had a shelf life, but I like then as much as the drymistat tubes.
