Just curious!
I came here because I wanted to say Hello to Bloof.
It had been a long time since we had been online at the same place and I heard he was here so I came in -
I stayed because this is a place filled with nice people.
Nice people that want to learn & share cigars, knowledge & fun.

How about YOU???

I used to frequent another forum called guitar.com, and then when I started getting into cigars, I wondered if there might be a cigar.com. I typed it in, and there it was.

Searching around looking for cigars is how I found this site. CC is right, nice people and the want to learn.

I was looking for a new site to buy cigars. i found that Cigar.com had a forum. I observed for a few days and decided that everyone was so nice and the forum was so much fun, that I'd sign on and stay. This is one of the very few places you can ask ANYTHING and not get cruxified. I still visit CA's forum when I feel the need to be abused

I found this place thru c.com lurked around for a few months and saw all of the great people and had to join in on the fun :D :D

i had heard of a couple sites that had a cigar of the month club and decided i would start smoking cigars and looked for a site with a club like that. i stuck with cigar.com because the website didnt look like it was written by a child and the layout was simple but efficient. a few orders later i noticed an icon for the "new" forums so i signed on and stayed since then.

I started buying from cigar.com back in 2000. One day last year I decided to
actually take a look at their home page and noticed the link to the forum...
and the rest is history.

A friend of mine who started the AmBack store, web site and forums was holding auditions for the part of The Village Idiot. I got the part and although my registration date shows something in late 2003, I did not actually come here to work and post until February 8, 2004. It'll be two years soon, and a viable contender for the part has not yet emerged. :sm_angel: :flush:

When I started getting in to cigars I looked for online cigar stores. Came across c.com, saw they had a forum and the rest is history.

I think I typed Cigar.com out of curiousity. I was just learning about cigars online then, I clicked on the forum. Everyone was so helpful and nice.

same here , its all bloofys falt ! hahahaha Enjoy, Vince

Was just getting into cigars and figured since everything else has a ".com", I tried Cigar.com and voila

I have no idea how I found this place. It must have been mentioned on one of the other cigar sites I frequent.

Searching for info on firearms and on retreat preparedness and found out that there is a bunch of psychos that hang out in a cigar forum - hooked immediately

I became tired of making the trip down to the local cigar shop and typed "Cigar" in the search engine. I found Cigar.com, became a regular customer, clicked on forum and BOOM here I are. I was also tired of parting with so much cash. I have been looking for Puros Indios for about 3 years when the Friday special email arrived yesterday. Needless to say......I got 2 boxes of the Especial #1 7x48. Happy to be here :D

Same here. I used to look at the reviews of the cigars all the time, and noticed the forum link.

I also was doing some research on cigars after getting interested, and came across this site in one of my searches. This was not the first site I learned from, but the only one that got me to come back... over and over and over!... It you guys that make this a great forum!

i forget exactly, but i'd heard that bloof was here and i missed reading his posts at cA so i came to check it out.
