Newbie terms

Don't worry, I've been around cigar forums for almost six years, watching box passes go on all around me, and I still don't get it. And forget about I'll be your mooch. That really makes my head hurt. You'll get the hang of it. I never will, but then, I have an excuse. I'm handicapped.

Smoke- the PIF and Box pass are 2 seperate things.

Pya It Forward is where we all ask the Mooch question, and then 1 member ships 3 sticks to their mooch.
and the Box Pass is a preset # of members all in line as a box full of cigars is shipped to each member. The members remove a preset # of sticks from the box and then replace them with a like number and ship it to the next member on the list.

this took me a while to pick up on also, but if you read through the threads from the beginning, I think you will get the gist of it...is "gist" really a word?

Keep an eye on the PIF thread. When someone asks the magical question, be the first to "properly" respond, and you'll get a nice package, and the chance to be a moochee in return. We usually give it about a month before becoming a mooch again. This gives a reasonable chance for others who haven't been a mooch or doesn't lurk as often as BP to be in on the PIF.
