Guys,

I am sure there would be a thread or something concerning this so I am bringing it out in the open as a moderator. It is with regret that Jhiggs will no longer be able to participate in this forum.

It is with great regret that I inform you of this since he was very knowledgable and a friend to many people here. However, I cant say it was without cause. Several instances with forum staff and issues with policy have made his departure unavoidable.

Remember, this is a great place to get together, but every house has rules. Please stay current on the rules set forth by amback and cigar.com
 
Spider, PM me with what happened too. I was away when whatever happened happened.
Too bad, Jhiggs was here for a while and always had something interesting to say :cry:

If I may impose, I'd appreciate knowing also. . .I didn't know there was a problem.
 
I did not intend to put myself in the position of gossip central, here. I am sure that Alex has said what he wants to say on the matter. Any inquiries should probably be submitted to him. (I have no first hand knowledge of this situation)

It really isn't a bad cigar.

It's pretty simple - play by the rules!

Everyone should take the time to read forum policys.
If you don't and cross the line except the mistake and move on.
If you don't like the rules - there are plenty of places out there
each with their own set of rules.
Find one that fits your style - hopefully there is enough good hear to make following the rules worth it?

From what I have read there does not seem to be any rules that are to hard to follow.

I don't think this siuation needs to be discussed to much.
You can be sure that such steps are not taken lightly.

It is brandy new, but a lot of people have found there way there.
I spend time in many places -
this one is very friendly and family like.
Kind of that small town feeling :D
I like it there as well I need alittle city life to mix with my country!

Yeah I've heard others say that - they try to keep things work safe.
I think some phote (not Nude) come from sites that have nudity and
well - this happens :?
 
That is a shame that a fellow BOTL has to be removed, but CC said it best, and it really has to happen when folks step across those lines. Kudos to the mods for having the fortitude to make a hard decision. I do love the family atomosphere here, and hope we all can make this a better place for the future.
