Does anyone here smoke anything besides cigars?

I doubt there's many cigarette smokers, but how about pipes?

I am a huge pipe junky. I have 44 pipes to be exact. I usually smoke my pipe in the fall and winter months, and at the firehouse. I have about 10-15 different blends of tobacco, but I regularly smoke about 4 of them. I have cheap ones, and I have expensive ones. If you treat a cheap one right, they smoke ALMOST as good as a 200-300 dollar pipe.

I know Bildo smokes pipes too.

I have a few pipes, 8 or 10, stashed all over the place, some here some at the shop a few at my brothers place, One I save just to smoke the Cuban Butts in, I get it ALL ! hahaha Enjoy, Vince

I have about 40 pipes in my collection, mostly high line Danish and Italian( Castello, Former, Winslow, Viprati, Dunhill, Radice, Barbi). I haven't been smoking them lately, been too busy smoking cigars. I did smoke Marlboro Reds for 30 years but quit them about 5 years ago.

I have 10 or 12 pipes I smoke on occasion. I really like them for winter months, and my wife will actually ride in a car when I have the pipe lit. I prefer to stick to English and Balkan tobaccos. I avoid most flavored blends.

I tried a pipe briefly before getting into cigars... I have a few estate pipes that I picked up from my local tobac shop. I tried to smoke one again the other night and it just didn't do anything for me after smoking cigars....though I must admit that the only pipe tobac I had was some VERY mild stuff that I started out with, so it was probably an unfair comparison.

I have a few pipes but only one I smoke. Its only maybe once a month or sometimes two months that I'll smoke it though.

I hear that alot. IMO (and most other people's) a pipe smells better than a cigar.

I smoke a couple of pipes now and then. But the tobacco blands I have are on thye mild side compared tot he cigars I smoke. I hear tell there's some powerful pipe baccy out there, I just have to find a blend I like.

My father smoked a pipe for years during my childhood, fond memories of that.
I have never tried one, not sure why. (Opportunity probably)

I smoke some chicken, turkey, pork, etc. in the big smoker out on the deck from time to time ...

No SALMON or BRISKET!?!?!?!?!

Chicken, Pork ribs of all types, Pork shoulder, Beef Ribs, Beef Brisket, Fresh Itialian Hot sausage. Brisket is the toughest to get it right. I have not tried it one my new smoker. I think I might have to on the NFL draft day (just another reason to stay up all night and drink beer into the morning  ).

When in college I had some umm... Pipes you could say. Not tobacco pipes... I did have one tobacco pipe, but also had other pipes...... Pipes with water in them....... You know...... not good pipes......

With a name like Phisherman I never would have guessed...

I smoke hookah, but I dont think I will be continuing for too much longer, although it is kinda nice when you have a nice buzz going and you are inside.

I have a cookshack smokette, it always produces great brisket. I had a real tough time using a Brinkmann bullet charcoal.

I have a Brinkman that I use from time to time. Its a real PITA to get the temp up on that one. I usually use it to just get the food smoked (cold smoked) and then finish cooking it. I have to try my hand at salmon on it this year. Mmmmm.... smoked slamon. Not really cooked, just smoked and cured in salt. That sounds better the more I think about it.

How do you do your brisket. Do you just keep it on the smoker, or do you wrap it up at some point? I would think that it needs to get wrapped in foil to finish it off and keep it moist.
