Nice article. I for one don't really care about the bans regarding smoking indoors in bars and the like. However when they start banning public smoking on the streets and smoking on private proterty like my car thats another story. I will never be forced to smoke in seclusion like some kind of monster. The ACLU I imagine will eventually be all over these laws.
