Anybody try the Romeo Y Julieta churchhill en tubo? I can't find anything about it online....

I want to take it to a spring training game in Tampa (if I can smoke there, dont remember) and have a big good smoke.

Anybody try this cigar?

Did you have any problem with construction or flavor, what made it just ok?

Thanks, John

It is just okay IMHO. If you want a good tubed cigar the Cohiba Toro is much better.

I LOVE those cigars! I bought a 2 boxes for my wedding, and I have a box of each year from 2003-2005. Need to get the 2006 box. Alex? Are they in?

Capt.. check for '06 boxes closer to yoru Cigar-B-Q

What made the R & J just okay in my opinion was the flavor and balance. I found the flavor to be just very straitforward and not complex enough to really balance effectively. Again just my opinion but I am not a big R & J fan.

You are not a R&J fan but you will smoke Red Dot Cohiba's. :barf:

You can smoke outside in Tampa, and you can smoke at Spring Training. I was enjoying a Punch Rare Corojo while talking to Ron Guidry yesterday at Legends Field!

Thanks USMC, that's great news. Can't wait to get home, head to the field, and light up.

I don't think Alex was talking about the RyJ's from a little island....I would be shocked if that were the case....

Maybe he caught a fever!
