New Camera -

I stopped in a friends cigar shop today & left with his old camera.
Is is a Canon Rebel - 6.3 mega pixel.
I've never owned a good camera - this one was upgraded to a nicer lens
Can't wait to figure out how it works
Maybe I'll try and take some pictures of my cigars -
Anyne have one & what do you think about it?
 
cc, your gonna love that camera, its a great d-slr...ive been in the market for a lil while lookin for one and am leading toward nikon really for no other reason than i like the feel in my hands better than the canon rebel, have fun with it and have fun spending $$$ on lenses :p
 
Its a very nice camera, I used to have one - now my ex-wife has one. Enough said about that!

My brother has the 8.3 megapixel Rebel. Canon makes great products. You won't be dissapointed I'm sure.

That was what my friend had just gotten.
Hence he was selling his old one -
You guys have seen the pictures my phone takes :?
 
That is a GOOD DSLR!

I've been looking for one myself, but my tastes only results in cameras in the $1000+ range (Canon, Nikon).

I can't wait for this one!
I had one from the year before it was a PC one of the best I ever smoked.
This one is a Robusto :D

I may be wrong but I think he was refering to the pictures your camera took :)

the current canon rebel dslr is ~750 body only

I've got that same camera CC and I'm very pleased with it. It's a great camera.
