Camacho Corojo El Legend-airo
Camacho Select (black/red band)

Ravyn and myself had the pleasure of meeting Tom Lazurka from Camacho on Friday. He along with Allegheny Smokeworks in Blawknox, PA were hosting a Camacho event to introduce these new smokes. I do believe that The Smokeworks was the first to have these bad boys!

The corojo wrapper on the Legend makes a notable addition to this stik. Without a doubt, you're gonna notice it!
Camacho will continue production of the original, which made me happy, That is a great cigar!
The new Select is a more powerful cigar than the original, I need to do more research on this one due to having started out with the corojo on Friday night.
I've got a bunch of both lines resting now!

Camacho's Tom Lazurka was a very knowledgable rep and answered every question thrown at him. The group on guys in attendance were all very up on the cigars and all topics were covered extensively.

Camacho has really covered the bases with these two new lines. I had a great time and I do recommend trying these new stiks.

wow..was that a great nite........we walked out of there with some great sticks for some great prices...

after the event, we took the wives to the bar for beer , pool and more cigars....

those new legend arios are a tastey cigar......I still like the originals too.....

I'd smoke one tonite...but I smoked one last nite

There's a Camacho Event coming to a smoke shop near me the coming Friday (the 19th). I plan on being there and, hopefully, they'll have some of these sticks on hand. Can't wait to check 'em out.

You guys are lucky. All that will be in my area any time soon is a Macanoodle event
Get this, If you buy two of thier cigars they will give you 1/2 off the third

:eek:mg: :eek:mg: :eek:mg:

You all have fun with your things...don't be hatin'

Motion,
We can always join forces, crash the Mac event, steal their liquor, and women, and then whip out....

some GOOD smokes and enlighten the ignorant SOB's!! (what did you think I was going to say everyone?

Maybe I'd be able to puff on a few of the Robust line smokes, but ONLY if they were free......

I know I'm gonna sound stupid, but how does one know when any event is coming to town?

that is one of the coolest things I've ever seen. Too bad only 2 things in denver. I'll be at both though

You guys are just plain lucky. They don't do anything like that here. If they did, they would probably hand you a cigar, and then say, "Oh, yeah, you know owe us the taxes on it, 20 bucks please."

wow im glad you guys posted that the only event thats comin to mississippi is this thursday. Apparently weve got a CAO event at my local shops cigars under the stars event. The page says Sopranos and italia are on special this thursday. Sweetness

Great find derojo. I'll be at that Camacho tasting in B'ham for sure.

I'm not sure, I've never been to one, but I can't wait to find out!
I'm guessing that a sales rep shows up with a sampling of cigars to "try" and "buy".

Maybe RazorKing or Ravyn can shed a little more light on it.

that is correct. They will showcase the new stuff and you get to try one for free. Then you can usually buy anything from thier line for 10 or 15 % off...plus they will have prizes and give aways...

Mine doesn't have a discount but its usually buy a box, get 7 free. Plus always a free cigar to start with.

No problem Doc. Always willing to share any good info I find.

Ravyn, I checked the Camacho web-site and it looks like Tom Lazurka is going to be the Sales Rep at the event I'm going to the Friday. I'll let him know how impressed you guys were.

Dejoro;
Tom is from the Motown area, he covers alot of ground. Very on top of the Camacho lines.
Alot depends on the shop too and what they want to do.
If you get the chance, start with the new cameroon first then work into the corojo's.
As long as you don't talk over your head you'll get along just fine!
Tell Tom that Dave from Pittsburgh said "Hey"

If any of you guys & gals want to set up a tasting give me a call & I can set it all up , there is a small fee for the cigars & nothing for my time but If I need to fly to your location I would like a little help with expences, like plane fair, hotel paid & food & bar bill taken care of , & mabe a few bucks for trinkets to bring back to the grandsons hahaha ! ! , & I also have a bridge in NYC for sale & a great piece of land in Fla. that I will let go cheep ! hahahaha Enjoy, Vince
