Smoked a nice Rocky Patel and had a Red Tail Ale in honor of our Armed Forces this weekend. I am forever grateful to everyone of our soldiers and heros we remember this weekend. May God Bless them all!!! Thanks for the sacrifice and for giving me my freedom! I am in your debt.

Vince, Every year I do a bone-in leg of lamb. I have a manual rotis and it takes 3.5 hours and 7 red tail ales and 2 fine cigars. I never seem to get to eat any.......... :lol: :lol: The smell fills the campground and people walk by trying to peek over the fence.

A sharp knife! :lol: That's our lake campsite. My wife and I spend most of the summer up there. We have a 30' 5th wheel that you can't see. We cover the ground with the turf to keep the trailer clean and save our feet. I never even have to mow that stuff.. :shock:
