Been away more than not -
Having some trouble with my back -
my down time has not been spent online -

I have serious stuff to deal with right now.
Some how everything is happening at once -
My land sale is almost done - I NEED IT!
The final portion of of the river project is about to start (I hope)
Juggling money big time - Sucks!
Did have a great time Friday afternoon hanging out with Patrick.

We smoked some great cigars -
Drank coffee ate some lunch & just talked.

I just waned to stop in & let everyone know I am alive.
I'll try and stop in more.

Hey again,
I went to friend's place yesterday - He is a Chiropractor.
I was hooked uo to 5 different machines - all designed to take
the tension & loosen muscle cramps.
It helped some - the serious pain (at the base of my spine)
has not changed. I feel better - my back isn't all knotted up.
I head back again today & tomorrow - if this don't help I will
be going to see a doctor -
I probably should be doing that anyway -
I got a lot going on &am hoping this will help?
I am always in pain, my problem is in my neck (c-4 & 5)
So I'm thinking something it out of alignment.
Dr G. is a friend and is really working to help me feel better.
BUT - damn I got pain I can hardly take.
Sitting, standing any bending movements all make my back scream.
