Mold or Plume?

So I broke out an H. Upmann that I got in a 4 pack sampler about a week ago. I know these samplers were discontinued but have no idea when. I got them at a cigar outlet of sorts ( a discount cigar shop really). The spots wipe off rather easily with my finger and after examining them under a magnifying glass - not sure of the power, it's either 5x or 10x - they appear to be tiny bits of fuzz or lint. One in particular rises up off the cigar which leaves me to believe it's mold as I thought plume was basically flat. The others are mostly flat with a few rising up as well. Keep in mind these aren't sticking out very far, even under the magnifying glass they barely raise up off the wrapper of the cigar very much. Here's some pix of the cigar in question, I'd be grateful for anybody that can tell if it's mold or plume. Hope the pix are good enough.

Mold. Plume has a crystalline look to it and tends to be spread evenly across the wrapper. Sure fire way to tell is that the stuff on your stick is fuzzy in appearance. That would be mold. Wipe em off and smoke them.

The larger spots look like mold. You said that it looked like lint??. That would indicate mold. Plume would look like crystals.

Mold. I agree with Cloudy. Wipe it off and light it up. This should not affect the taste in the least.

Thanks for the quick replies. I'm gonna wipe this thing down then fire it up.

Mold but dont sweat it. I would sperate from the rest of your cigars but white mold that comes off easily does not really effect anything. Just clean it off and light it up. The heavy blue stuff is the real killer.
