CAO has not officially issued a press release. Cigar Insider did an exclusive announcement on 7/3.

Wrapper is two connecticuts, one connecticut and one broadleaf. It is like a barberpole but is called pinstripe. There is a very think like of maduro running through it. I would imagine they will say it will be out in October but that is just my guess. Also, just because they say october does not mean it will be so. I still see hardly any visions.

scratch that. It is broadleaf wrapper with connecticut pistriping. My bad. I saw some of the cigars and the packaging and I must say they look great. In our next CCOM Newsletter I will include all of the specifics including pictures. After cigar aficionado is done with their exclusive press release, I will post pics here too!!

I found the following quote on the frontpage of the CAO website:

Sounds like the filler of Tim O's cigars contains something from Jamaica or Thailand. :lol:

I will say this- that America cigar does sound interesting, I just hope that it's not another five years before it actually makes it to retail.
