Hi All,

After some discussions with the forum staff, it was decided that the current posting policy needed revision. From this point forward, the staff of the forum will not restrict your posts about sales, deals, or other promotions that are on other websites or businesses. While the staff of Cigar.com would prefer that you make your purchases through their business, I understand that some members may consider it unfair to restrict discussions to just one cigar vendor. We hope that you continue to make your online purchases through the website of our friends at Cigar.com, but again we will not restrict what can be discussed on the board.

With regards to cigars from Cuba, our policy remains very clear. While we do not mind discussing cigars from Cuba, we do not want posts about how to obtain Cuban cigars. I am well aware that there are sites on the Internet that sell Cuban cigars “anywhere”, but the US Customs and Border Protection has a policy that is quite clear. If you are not sure about it, Click Here to enlighten yourself.

If you have any questions with regards to the above matters, please post them here in this thread. Either one of the moderators or myself will respond.

Thank you,

Fernando Coelho

NO....

THANK YOU!!! Fernando!

We feel that this just may be the best forum on Earth, especially for the cigar and pipe puffing brethren that congregate here. We could not have built this community, this family if you will, without your sponsorship.
We appreciate your taking our concerns under advisement.

Thanks again for a great board!

Thanks to Fernando indeed, for providing and maintaining these wonderful forums. I don't think there is any subject in this world that you can not get an answer to, or help with, here at EOTAC.

As for Cigar.com, they are indeed a great cigar purveyor, and have more than proven their value as a friend to the cigar community, with their low prices, wide selection, special offerings, new items, generous giveaways, and the friendly participation of the executives, as friends and advisors to the worldwide cigar smoking community. I join everyone else in wishing them continued and even greater success, and we look forward to the ongoing relationship between our sites.
