cannot substitute with pepsi. its just not the same

I like laphroaig, port, or rootbeer.

1. Coffee

2. Tawny Port

3. Everything Else.

With cigars one drinks Cognac. Brandy will do in a pinch. :wink:

You can even dip the "mouth" end of your cigar in the Cognac.

Its coca-cola that is bottled in Mexico. The bottle will actually say "Hecho en Mexico". Its made from pure sugar cane and comes only in a glass bottle. Remember how good and refreshing the glass bottled cokes were from the 70's and early 80's? Well these are just like those were but a bit sweeter. Sometimes they are hard to find even here in Texas. I'm sure they can be found where there is a high concentration of immigrants.

I'm sure mexican dentists are glad for the business. My children won't be drinking them.

Bourbon is my drink of choice with a cigar. Makers is my go to with Knob Creek running a close second. Chimay Blue would be my favorite beer with a smoke. If I'm going to have a non alcoholic beverage besides water it going to be the REAL THING BABY...Coke it is!

Coffee, ground just before lighting the cigar and brewing as I take the first few puffs.

As for alcohol, Bourbon is my favorite, Knob Creek being my go to and Pappys 20yr old for those special days.

Nothing wrothing with a good German Dopplebock either, or a nice Belgian Ale.

Water...I always have water with my smokes...occasionaly Ill havea coca-cola at my cousins when we're in his bar/garage, but ill always have water with that coke to clean my palet of it...so, in general, i always go with water.

edit: What am i thinking...or coffee...water or coffee...nothing like a good coffee with a cigar, thats actually my favorite, but i cant drink coffee all day, so...

A nice single malt scotch on the rocks. Pretty much any of them with my go to scotches being Macallan 15 or Balvenie 17.

Although with everyone talking about the sugar cane coke I'd like to try that. I did also find a sugar cane Dr Pepper sold in the US that I may try too .

Unbelievably busy my friend. The kids head back to college this weekend so I'll have a bit more time to check in. I'll get Skype downloaded.. eventually....

COFFEE, strong, Black, No sugar...... Single malt scotch, if its a full body smoke an Islay, if its a medium cigar then a highland malt, & a mild cigar is a lowland malt or an Irish whisky , Now if its Cold out I like a laphroaig with any cigar , unless I am sitting some place thats way to warm for the "Frog" them I go for Laugavulin , in summer, OBAN , , the coffee is also depending on the cigar, & day of the week, kona first pot on Sunday, the rest of the week it might be anything from AMISH Coffee hahaha to Zimbabway !! Water if I am really trying to taste the entire cigar. Coffee is the next best IMHO. Never tried any type of soda but have also had all types of spirts and that just depends on the situation.
