Senseo Pods?

I just got a Senseo coffee maker. This is the kind that uses pods to make one cup at a time. I just have a few questions:
1.) Can anyone recommend good pods for this thing?
2.) I seem to remember seeing stuff where you could make your own pods for this. I can't find any (only checked a few stores though). Does anyone know a store that carries these and does anyone have any experience with them (ie. which ones work best, what ones to avoid)?
3.) Is there any things to avoid or to do that make the machine make better coffee?

I got this for $15.00 so it seemed like a good deal. I will be using it at work for quick single cups.

Thanks

The best I can say about the Senseo pods is at Free they are only slightly overpriced.

For GREAT pods I suggest checking out:

Coffee Artisan

and

Better Coffee
