I'm smoking a stick out of an 06 box. Although it is somewhat of a mild cigar, the flavors of honey, tea, and coffee bean are excellent. The burn corrects itself without any kind of touch-up. I have an 02 and 03 in my humidor. I'm just curious if anyone would like to share their experiences with smoking a more "well-rested" sample. How do the flavors hold up. Does a "mild" cigar like this benefit with aging?

Chris:

You are going to love this cigar with five or more years on it. I have smoked (and am still holding onto) some of the 02's - they are fantastic. This mild cigar gets stronger and more flavorful as it ages. I learned that from Professor Loren a few years back. I have a box of 99's that are in my humidor waiting for their 10th birthday. I have smoked one of them already - even better than the 02's. I smoked it with some 10 year port a few weeks back - best combination I have ever had.

You will love the flavors in the '02, Chris. I hope to see your review on it soon.

What he said!
These cigars seem to loss a lot of the muttle flavor & become very crisp!
If that makes any sense???
When you smoke one you will see what I mean.
I prefer them "a little" dry, or not moist it adds a little spice - IMHO!
