Well, I spent a whole $4.00 last week for a NEW pipe.
Was in Branson Missouri doing the creep in traffic (too many old fogies driving) and cowboy music thing (Momma loves that junk). :?
Being as I was in the HEART of the Ozarks, I picked up a CORN COB PIPE. The souvenir stands had them for $9 but found this one in a real tobacco shop. 8)
Seems to smoke real cool and solid. Couldn't believe for $4 it is so good. Seems to be easier on the tongue than the briar's that I have which were from an estate of an old ham operator buddy.
I had previously found some "Cool Hand Luke" tobacco that is really cool on the tongue and smells wonderful.
I love the sophisticated look of a $150.00 pipe BUT I can't complain on the CORN COB CHEEP-IE!
