Tenant in duplex is fuming over neighbor's cigar smoke...

Tenant in duplex is fuming over neighbor's smoking:

Cozette Morgan pulled a breathing mask over her face as she stepped outside her second-story rental into a hallway that reeks of stale cigar smoke.

is entitled to smoke in his home

Here in CT, the legislature is also looking at banning smoking in a "private" vehicle if their are children present. Again, does there need to be a law? Common sense should prevail. I listened to an interview with the legislator proposing the ban. He said, this is just the "First Step." I can see in the not too distant future -smoking bans everywhere except private detatched homes with a acre minimum. Speak up before it's too late. Who would have thought 10 or 15 years ago that any of the bans we have now could have happened!

delloro, you make a very good point. Many parents today are kids raising kids. We could go on and on about the neglect and even abuse that goes on in so many homes today. Sadly because of the idiocy of a few many of us are going to loose freedoms. Unless we make our selves heard in a very big way.
