Location: In my Mack truck somewhere in a Chicago suburb smoking cigars and listening to XM 202.

Strictly informational...

When I was in Florida, I learned that there is smoking in public places like bars, but if there is food being served at all, it is non-smoking. I believe that is statewide, but i dunno.

It's not just Florida, many states in the Southeast have started doing this.
Luckily in South Carolina it's up to the business owner, but many restaraunts
have gone to non-smoking which is a let down. By doing this it pretty much
defeats the purpose of having a bar in a restaraunt because that used to be
the safe haven for smoking a cigar or cigarette without offending everyone.
