Here is a great win for the little guy

Good for them! Its about time the government realized that places like that provide a function. If I decide I want to go in that establishment and I know they will be smoking in it, then I have no right to complain about it.
I am all about banning smoking in public restaurants, but do not try to stop it somewhere that is a "cigar bar."

Tennessee made it to where you had to be 21 and up to enter "cigar bars." They still sell cigars to people 18-21, they just have to take their order outside and bring it to them. My B&M has a sign that reads, "Due to the RIDICUOLUS new smoking law, you must be 21 or older to enter."
