You're already a chef, and you'd be right in the comfort of your own kitchen, cigar in mouth, cleaver in hand, single malt on the counter, etc. Hey, speaking of Rachael Ray, . . .

Do a stint on food network? I would rather do a stint on Rachel hahahahaha , I am going to enjoy retirement for a few weeks & then find some thing to keep me out of the house, about 20 hours a week, no weekends & no evenings !, & nothing to early in the morning, afterall I do have a life to live ! hahahaha
