Gin & Tonic :: What's the best Tonic Water?

What is your preferred tonic water?
Other than Schewppes or Canada Dry, what is a good tonic water?
Seems like a minor thing but If I'm using Tanquery 10, I'd like to use a premium tonic.
The best I have found is "365 brand" by Whole Foods. It has real sugar rather than Fructose corn syrup. Has anyone tried any other tonic waters?

The secret of using any kind of mix, be it soda or whatever is to have it chilled BEFORE using it. Any mix poured
over ice wil immediately dilute the drink if it is warm. It also decarbonates the mix quite rapidly.
Try it with a simple coke or other soda. You should notice the difference immediately.
I also keep the gin in the fridge so I don't have to use ice and thusly eliminate the dilution of a perfectly good martini....

I like to mix my Gin with pure Lemon juice and sugar. Great summer drink and it has yet to give me the slightest hangover. Bombay Sapphire seems the best for that.

Used to drink Gin & Tonic, when I was younger.

Now that I've grown up a bit, I take my Tonic straight up, or on the rocks, like a man.

hi everyone..Recently I tried "Fever-Tree" brand "Premium Indian Tonic Water", and it seems a true step above the others. It is cleaner, crisper, making the Schweppes seem thick and syrupy by comparison. Maybe partly because Fever-Tree uses cane sugar instead of corn syrup. It went perfectly with Beefeater gin, my favorite, I think it will do very well with my other gins too.

I wish we could get that here. The sodas made with cane sugar are all coming back now, but very few are available in Canada.
