garlic and oil on Sunday it was time for another go round with that Classic Cask 20 year old bourbon. Classically good, with spicy oak notes, pears, dried apricots, and light amber maple syrup. Looking forward to a definitive tasting and placement in my Top 25. Look for it to finish quite high.
