I havent bought any in a few years but you might want to try PIO Ceasre , it is about 45/50 bucks a bottle ( the reason I dont buy it any more )
Marchesi di Barolo is about 30 bucks a bottle if you can find it
I dont buy much wine any more, I drink what we make .
