I don't want to step in on this but in my opinion it doesn't matter whether this relates to cigars because it is a national tragedy and needs to be discussed. I don't think it matters if its here, in the men's room stalls, or the oval office just as long as everything is said and everyone heard.
I don't want to comment on the article because I'll go into a rant that'll get me in trouble. However, I have been watching the news at least 6 hours a day and have seen fingerpointing left and right. To satisfy the masses in a situation like this is impossible, The victims just have to cope. I'm not saying that to be inflammatory but rather because survival is the best a person can do in the situation. I saw people saying "Its hot, its humid, we're being forced to live like animals. This is all Bush's fault." I don't even want to know what these people are being forced to endure but I'm sure of one thing, people can't always help you before you can help yourself so you need to know how to just react.
I'm just going to leave off by saying that I think this says a lot about the American entitlement attitude. So many people live in these conditions everyday but when they happen here to us, they are just unbearable.
I hope that this in no way offends anybody as it was not intended to but please, if you have any objections or would like to talk further, PM me because I'd hate to see this place, a place that which I have grown to love, be turned into some of those other cigar forums.
