I'm looking for a couple of sticks of the Acid Subculture Beach. I found these at anothe website, but they are sold out. If anyone has these or has access to these and would like to sell them or trade for them please let me know.

why wuld anyone smoke one of them, they remind me of lars teatons , that is not a good smoke in my opinion. sorry thats the way I feel about flavored smokes
Enjoy, Vince

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of flavored cigars, but I've found a few that I do enjoy. The Acid cigars I've tried I have thought are good for an everyday smoke. Plus, the wife likes them, and it might be a good way to get her into it. I don't like every Acid cigar, but overall it's a nice alternative.

I did smoke about 1/4 of a Kuba Kuba , & I did try a Dirt, a few puffs were all I could do, both were tossed , a waiste of tobacco IMHO. , I lit a tiquilla flavored smoke one time, glad it came in a glass tube, , it went right back in the tube & I put the plug back in & tossed it out , I was forced to drink 6 shots of cheeeeeep scotch to get rid of the taste after that one, , then I sipped a single malt to get rid of the taste of the cheep scotch, dammm but my taste buds are sensitive . If I piss them off they raise all kinds of H3LL with my poor little over worked under educated brain.
hahahahaha
Enjoy, Vince

The Natural is the only flavored cigar that I like, and just every once in a while. To me, thats a dessert type cigar, or one to smoke around people who dont care much for cigar smoke.

Vince, whats your take on flavored pipe tobaccos?

I am not crazy about flavored pipe tobacco my self, Pallidens Black cherry smells fine if some one else is smoking it but the taste sucks, I smoke a blend called Balkin II , & I add some extra latakia to it , I havent been smoking the pipe a lot lately, How ever I did enjoy a Borkim Riff Scotch whisky flavored pipe tobacco, but I havent seen it in about 20 years or so, I did smoke a lot od different pipe tobaccos when I was in the Navy back in the 60's , I did have the opturnity to try a lot of great stuff, sent a lot of it home, hoping to have a great time when I got home smoking it all, well My dad smoked it all before I had a chance, he wrote me a letter & said send more of the last stuff, he loved it , it was 50/50 mix of Highland whisky flavored pipe tobacco & "mary jane ", he was getting his @$$ kicked & didnt know it , my mother told me he must have put on 5 pounds smoking that 4 ounce bag I sent home , hahahahaha ! he was raiding the fridge every night when he got home from work. , I never did tell him waht it was but my mother had an idea, she never asked till after he passed away, she got a great laugh out of it. , she took a few puffs of it when he was sitting on the front porch one night, she was out of her cigeretts, , so there they were both with a buzz & not knowing what was going on ! hahahaha Enjoy,Vince

HAHA! Thats funny. Im thinkin about tryin out a few different pipe tobaccos...any recommendation?

I really like the Acid Atom maduro. Thats the only Acid I've tried. I smoke one every once in awhile. I don't think I could smoke one every day.

hey J 52, I dont remember if I told you this before , But I did meet Jimmy Doohan when he was in Pittsburgh for a Star Trec Convention back in the 70's , I was working as souse chef at a down town hotel & was stopping in a local for a weee dram when I got off from the early shift, walking down the street was
LT. Cmdr. Scott & his security escort from the convention, I asked him if he was in the mood for a weee dram & he was, the security man was from out of town & ordered a Bud, dammm man if you want beer in the Burgh , you got to drink IRON CITY, well Jimmy & I had a Johnny Walker Red ,I think , the only drinkable scotch in the place, , , well we had a few killed the red, & he went back to the convention & I went home with a nice Buzz & a great story for the family. , we talked a few hours, his father was a petrolium engineer, he is the one who thought up High test gas, called Ethel back in the early days, bet you cant take a guess what his mothers name was ! hahahaha

Syntax, try the Balkin II , I think it is made by Lane , Ashton has one that I like called Old Dog.or old church , or some thing that, it has been a long time sice I looked for it, Ashton makes just 4 or 5 pipe tobaccos, read the discripetion, look for latakia , it is an @$$ kicker , dont try to smoke it all by it self, got to mix it with some thing. , ask your local shop keeper to show you a few differnt tobaccos , stay away from the obvious flavored stuff, go with a few English blends or chimeny cured smoked tobaccos, , dont get more than an ounce of anything ,,make sure you mark the bags to what is in it, & get a few cheep corn cob pipes to taste each tobacco mark the pipe with the tobacco that you smoke in it, change tobacco, change pipes . , when you find the one you like , your home free, I have tryed to come up with my own blend for years, one that will be good in the early morning , in the afternoon & at night, , , , I am still working on it , hahahaha Enjoy, Vince

Hey Chris- Send me a PM with your address info. A friend of mine wants to hook you up.

(does this look like a stranger with candy?) :p

So, am I to understand that the Acid Natural is in fact, a flavored cigar? No wonder I didn't like the one I tried, and I guess the others this person sent me are going to have to go in the garbage, rather than continue taking up valuable space in Desk Top I. Good thing they didn't ruin the other cigars and the humidor. It's the one with the big "N" on it, right? I was under the impression they were natural, which is the only reason I accepted them.

They arent Acids. Natural is its own line.
But yeah, its the one with the big "N" on it. I dont like the dirt, its too sweet, but I really like the Root, Root Deluxx, and the Clean Robusto(I think thats what its called)

All of their advertisements that I've seen say its a blend of exotic tobaccos from around the world that when combined create that flavor. However I really can't imagine that they're not infused with something.

Reps will tell you that they are not flavored cigars but "infused" cigars.

Vince, thats really cool. I'd love to have met him. I grew up on Star Trek. I wondered if he really drank scotch. I picked that avitar because I'm a chief engineer for Best Western Hotels. Thought it fit.
