Ann Arbor works great for me. I know that the AA Chop House, Babs, and Goodnight Gracie's all have cigar bars. The only one I have been to is Babs which is a basement bar with pool tables, but is a fairly upscale place compared to most basement bars.
Novi is also fine by me. I know the Capt is a quasi-permanent resident at the Novi Chop House so that might be a more sure bet as to the kind of place we are looking for.
