What do you guys think of my new purchases

Costa Rican Tres Rios (Central America)
Brazil Fazenda (South America)
Ethiopia Harar (Africa)
Sulawesi Toraja (Far East)
Kauai Estate Reserve Peaberry
Mexican Organic - Chiapas
Fresh Roast Plus 8 Roaster

I have been doing a little research about home roasting and thought that I would give it a try. Any advice would be great.

Real nice selection. I know that over here KAZ got into it big, and I think a couple others also. If you don't hear from anyone in due course, you might want to check over at HCF. They've got everything from growers to people who sit around all day trying to pull the perfect espresso shot.

:dunno: :duh: :cryinlaugh:

I just bought the same roaster and selection. The Sulawesi is great. Only problem is that I have not successfully gotten a good long French roast. Not sure if I can just keep roasting longer without burning up the element. Or, if I should let it cool down for some time and roast again.

As the time ticks down juts add a little more. Don't worry about the roaster, I have done 6 batches back to back.
