Texis Boys, try this...

There's a place in Austin called Andersons. They roast 2 or 3 times a week. Maybe so at Andersons

They'll ship, but I make a run to Austin 4 or 5 times a year, and there's nothing like the smell of a pound bag of Red Sea Blend, or Celebes Kalosse sitting in the floorboard of your truck when you get back from shopping...Unless it's the smell of something brewing...

Indeed. Or the smell of a pound of Celebes or some other fine coffee wafting up from the bag on a crowded subway train headed home to Queens. I'm going to have to remember to check this web site.

I am going to give Anderson's a try . I tend to prefer the milder roasts to the darker . Any recommendations on what to try ?
Thanks in advance .....

If you like the milder roasts, I'd look at the ones from Indonesia:
New Guinea Sigri
Sulawesi Kolassi

and the Americas:
Mexico Fair Trade Organic
Guatemala Antigua

This one from Africa:
Ethiopia Yergacheffe Organic Fair Trade
isn't too strong, but it is very tasty.

NOTE: I have not had coffee from this particular place, so their roasts may differ from the roasts of the same/similar name that I get from my local roaster. But they should be fairly close.
