Any reviews would be welcome on:

Helix Maduro Tubular, Montecristo #1 and the funny green Iguanas.

I prefer a longer thinner cigar, most ofter a darker wrapper over the lighter green ones, but am open to your thoughts.
Also, can I get cubans in cancun. Thanks, Guy

I'd be weary about buying cubans in cancun. 99% are going to be fakes, you might be able to find some authorized dealers, maybe some other forum members with more experience can share their opinions. Sounds like you'd be into Lonsdales, Panatelas or Gran Panatelas, Those tend to run long and skinny, I'm a fan of them myself. I don't have much experience, any at that, with Helix or Iquana's and I can't say that I will. Sounds like you like Maduros? how long have you been smoking?

I have smked the Helix Madur - it was OK.
It was a long time ago, right when first released.
It is a very light cigar, easy draw lots of smoke - but very light & mild.
For the price a good smoke, but nothing amazing!
No idea about the other one.

As for cancun - what Smoka said is true!
I believe there is a LCDH somewhere in Cancun - {NOT CHEAP}
but the only place to get a real Cuban.
Be extra careful it is a hot bed of fakes.
Without really knowing cigars it would be hard to to advise.
I know experts taht saw cigars that looked right, but the cigars sitting next to them were cigars never made by Habanos.
Might find good fakes, but then bettles are always a threat!
So putting them in a humidor can be costly.

About 3 years ago I was sent to Afganistan for OEF. My only way of getting cigars was through that particular mail order company. They made the iguanas sound so good I had to order some. Unfortunately I had to order a box, so I ordered the sampler box. I don't want to dis that company - I still use them occasionally today - but I found the Iguanas to be awful. All they did was make my mouth go numb and left an after taste of scotch tape for about 3 hours. TCC is a decent company, but unless you just want to be seen smoking a cigar to look cool, rather than actually enjoying one, don't order the iguanas. I did find that the TCC label brands, although not the best, were fairly decent for the price. If you want to use TCC, I recommend trying a TCC sampler. They're generally very affordable.

Is the Cancun LCDH in the Flamingo Plaza? I need the exact location; I'll be there in 2 weeks! :D

La Casa del Habana; authorized Cuban cigar dealer. No fakes there! I want to visit the legit shop.
