This is the wisest advice I have read on this forum.!

Lets not be teaching the guy wrong. Foot rubs are for VERY special occasions and not to thrown about willy nilly. You start giving out foot rubs for the little things your going to spend all you time rubbing feet that leaves little or no time for cigars.
