about the five and one quarter ounces of home roasted coffee that Castle Crest sent me, contained in the post on Cigars forum, it was Cuban Crystal Mountain.

It had an amazingly aromatic quality, an overwhelming sweetness, and after grinding gave off an intriguingly untypical aroma. Surprisingly, after grinding it and making up a Freedom Press I found it to be extremely light colored. This "black" coffee I had just made up was quite transparent, and even had a yellow tint to it!!! Having used the usual measure of beans for the 30 oz. Freedom Press, 37.5 gms. I knew it wasn't a measuring error, but the uniqueness of the product.

Indeed, a most pleasing cup of coffee, with a huge caramelly quality, with other flavors chiming in, but the caramel being delicious and powerful.

Thanks to Castle Crest for really helping to stretch my horizons in the world of cigars and coffee, particularly coffee. The amount that he sent will give for three more full Bloofy Freedom Presses, and was an amazing experience at the first tasting.
