It sure is. Be careful though once you start eating this good you wont want anything less.

Thats a fact. Made some ABTs last night. Have you ever done any cold smoking....like for cheese/fish
 
I haven't gotten to ABTs yet but they are on my shortlist. I did make some "Fatties" though. Talk about a gut-buster! :wink:

I live about 20 min from a huge salmon farm. I have both cold and hot smoked Salmon , Trout and a few other things. Salmon is great both hot and cold smoked.

I have thrown pretty anything that I had on hand on the smoker to see what I would get. Chicken wings are wicked good smoked.
