A friend showed up and we stepped out of the room where I had some coffee beans from Hawaii roasting.
Well I was only out of the room a few minutes.
Smoke everwhere!
Seems I let the roast go a little to long.
Still was not charcoal, just very black and oily beans.
i figured I'd give them a try this morning.
big Mistake, worse cup of coffee I have made in a long time!
I have to leave for NY in a few minutes, so no brewing another pot.
just suffer threw it.
on teh rbight side (there is always a brighter side)
my wife (Misa) Loves expresso & I am sure will Love this over roasted
batch of Java.
