Steak Dinner

We celebrated my daughters 1 month birthday last night. It was more of a milestone for us than for her. She got milk, I got steak and cheesy potatoes!
The potatoes are my step-moms recipe. It was the first time I made them and they did not turn out like hers do. The steaks were amazing though. I got them a perfect Rare +

Outdoors. Gas Grill. I really need a new grill. It cooks good, but i was getting a lot of flair up and had a hard time controlling the temp, but the steaks were perfect!

Unfortunatly, No. I smoked Monday night, so the wife was not about to let me miss two PFT's (personal fussy time, it is what we have dubbed the 8:00-9:00 hour for Ellison) in a row!
If dreaming of the perfect stick for after dinner counts, then yes!
