Going with Jack Daniel's Single Barrel tonight. Very smooth and easy to drink. After much consideration, I'm pairing it with a Diamond Crown cigar. It will be a cap to a great evening. Just left my buddy's bistro, phenonimal crab and corn chowder, topped off with a hanger steak.

What do you mean hanger steak? Certainly not something came from a cow's, excuse me, steer's nose, is it?

The Single Barrel Jack is nice though, very, very nice stuff. This man has taste folks. Well, he is a Colonel.

Hangar steak, hmm. Take a sip, and take this in... A tri-tip steak, always, always prime. When I say prime, you can cut it with a plastic fork, when raw, literally. No joke. It is a cut not very popular in your run of the mill deli. Butchers, when available, will keep this cut for themselves. Only the high class gin mills will have this. I am totally full as I write, yet salivating while writing. I will peruse this site, and find the proper venue to post a review, and do so.

No wonder I never heard of it. Buck privates and Colonels run in different circles. :duh:
