Just got a package from Phisherman. Amazing smokes, including an Opus X and some which I have conveniently forgetten the origin of. :wink: Thanks so much man, I figure I'd best let that Opus sit a while. Any reccomendations? If you guys ever get the chance to mooch of the Phish, take it. You will not be dissapointed.

I'm glad you like the contents. Let that forgoten one be forgotten for a while. I have yet to sample them, but I am thinking it needs at least a year or two. Something to look forward to for your next anniversary. For the Opus; I like the smack right out of the box. It'll knock your socks off, but still smooth and extremly flavourful. It is a very complex smoke.
